Information Solution Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR ROLE

As an Information Solution Manager, you act as a trusted partner between business stakeholders, external IT providers, and regulatory requirements. You ensure the reliable operation of our IT landscape while driving the evaluation, implementation, and continuous improvement of innovative digital solutions in a highly regulated environment.

In your role within our IT team, you combine technical expertise, project leadership, and regulatory awareness to support business growth, operational excellence, and digital transformation across mainanalytics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own and continuously improve assigned IT systems throughout their lifecycle, ensuring availability, security, compliance, and business alignment


• Lead and support IT projects, including the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of digital solutions


• Act as the primary interface between internal stakeholders and external IT service providers


• Establish and maintain computerized system validation (CSV) processes and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements


• Coordinate system deployments, upgrades, and changes through structured change management processes


• Provide technical support and guidance to employees while promoting efficient and secure use of IT systems


• Create and maintain IT, quality, and validation documentation, including SOPs and work instructions


• Monitor technology trends and identify opportunities to improve processes through modern, scalable, and future\-ready solutions

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent practical experience


• At least 5 years of professional experience in an IT department or similar role ideally within a regulated environment (e.g. GxP)


• Broad IT infrastructure knowledge with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365


• Fluency in spoken and written English and German


• Demonstrated problem\-solving and analytical skills


• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment


• Willingness to work on\-site at least 3 days per week

• Experience working in GxP\-regulated environments


• Experience with computerized system validation (CSV)


• Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ\-900, AZ\-104, SC\-900 or comparable)


• Knowledge of ITIL\-based service management processes


• Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python)


• Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)


• Interest in AI\-enabled business solutions and emerging technologies

Pay: 4\.000,00€ \- 5\.000,00€ per month
