Zachary Daniels Recruitment are partnering with a fast growing online retail business to recruit an Influencer & Affiliate Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to join a founder led, digitally driven brand at a pivotal stage of its growth journey.

Operating within a highly entrepreneurial environment, the business has built strong momentum through digital channels and is continuing to invest heavily in customer acquisition, creator partnerships and brand awareness. The Influencer & Affiliate Lead will play a critical role in shaping how the brand acquires customers and scales through influencer, affiliate and creator led activity.

The Role

The Influencer & Affiliate Lead will own and develop the influencer and affiliate strategy, driving customer acquisition, brand awareness and revenue growth across key markets.

This is a hands on role requiring someone equally comfortable building relationships with creators and affiliates as they are analysing performance, reporting on ROI and identifying opportunities to scale.

Working closely with ecommerce, marketing and brand teams, the Influencer & Affiliate Lead will ensure activity aligns with wider commercial objectives while continuously evolving how the business shows up across social and creator channels.

As part of a small but growing team, this role offers significant ownership, autonomy and progression potential.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and deliver the influencer and affiliate strategy, focused on customer acquisition and revenue growth

  • Identify, recruit and nurture relationships with high performing influencers, creators and brand advocates

  • Build and scale affiliate programmes, driving performance, efficiency and return on investment

  • Manage influencer campaigns from planning and briefing through to execution and reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance and use data to optimise activity and improve results

  • Identify emerging creators, trends and opportunities that support brand growth

  • Work closely with ecommerce and marketing teams to align campaigns with product launches and commercial priorities

  • Manage budgets across influencer and affiliate channels, ensuring efficient investment and clear ROI

  • Build reporting frameworks and provide regular insight on performance and opportunities

  • Develop processes and best practice to support continued growth and scalability

  • Collaborate with agencies and external partners where required

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience within influencer marketing, affiliate marketing or creator partnerships

  • Strong understanding of how influencer and affiliate activity contributes to customer acquisition and commercial growth

  • Experience managing creator relationships and performance led campaigns

  • Commercial mindset with the ability to balance brand awareness and revenue generation

  • Confident analysing campaign performance and using insight to improve results

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously

  • Comfortable operating within a fast paced, evolving environment

  • Strong communication and relationship building skills

  • Hands on, proactive and excited by the opportunity to help scale a growing business
