Industrial Production Team Supervisor *

ROLE:

Oversee day\-to\-day production operations, ensuring compliance with production goals, quality requirements and safety standards.
Lead and support production teams to ensure the smooth execution of manufacturing activities.
Track production performance, identify operational constraints and implement immediate improvement actions.
Coordinate production planning activities and maintain all relevant documentation.
Guarantee the availability of materials needed to support production processes.
Provide regular updates and reports on production results to the Production Manager.
Assist in the integration, coaching and training of new production employees.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree or technical qualification in Engineering, Production, Industrial Management or similar area (preferred).
Professional experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
Experience coordinating or supervising teams is considered an advantage.
Strong organizational, analytical and problem\-solving capabilities.
Comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic production environment.
Good command of Excel and digital tools.
Leadership mindset, accountability and strong attention to detail.
