Your new responsibilities
- Develop and maintain capacity models to support strategic, tactical, and operational manufacturing planning
- Perform bottleneck analyses, scenario simulations, and capacity assessments
- Translate demand forecasts into equipment, facility, and infrastructure requirements
- Drive CAPEX planning by developing business cases and performing ROI and Cost of Ownership evaluations
- Support layout optimization initiatives to improve space utilization and operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, forecasts, and decision\-support models to enable data\-driven capacity and investment decisions
- Master's degree (M.Sc.) or Dipl.\-Ing. in Industrial Engineering, Physics, Data Science, Production Engineering, or a related field
- Several (3\+) years of experience in e.g. Industrial Engineering, Capacity Planning, Factory Planning, Semiconductor Manufacturing, or a related field
- Proficiency in production data analysis, KPI development, and data visualization tools such as Spotfire, Power BI, Python, SQL, or similar platforms
- Experience in developing business cases and conducting CAPEX evaluations, including ROI and Cost of Ownership analyses
- Practical experience or accredited Micro\-Credentials in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Digital Manufacturing, or related fields are considered a strong advantage
- Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Fluency in English
The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne\-und\-gehaelter\-eei/).
