Job Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Door Engineer to join our UK\-based team. The successful candidate will be a competent and reliable engineer with proven experience in servicing, repairing, maintaining, and installing industrial doors and loading bay products.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, repair, and maintain a variety of industrial door systems


• Carry out routine inspections and fault assessments on door systems


• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and safely


• Work closely with clients to understand and meet their requirements


• Ensure all work complies with current health and safety regulations and industry standards


• Provide technical support and assistance to colleagues when required


• Complete accurate service reports and maintain records of work carried out


• Keep up to date with industry developments, products, and best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Industrial Door Engineer or in a similar role


• Strong technical knowledge of industrial door systems and associated equipment


• Excellent fault\-finding and problem\-solving abilities


• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team


• Good communication and customer service skills


• A proactive and self\-motivated approach to work


• Familiarity with industry safety regulations and procedures

Essential Criteria

• Full UK driving licence (applicants must be over 21 for insurance purposes)


• Fluent English language skills


• Authorised to work in the United Kingdom


• Ability to work on\-site/in person

Desirable Qualifications

The following certifications/cards would be advantageous:

• CSCS


• PASMA


• IPAF
