Operator / Industrial Site Support Operative

6 Month FTC
£35,000 + Benefits (Pro Rata)
We are supporting a leading industrial energy infrastructure business in the recruitment of a hands-on Operator / Site Support Operative to join their operational team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.
This is a varied position supporting the day-to-day running of a busy industrial site and would suit candidates with experience in grounds maintenance, facilities support, yard operations, industrial labouring, or general site maintenance.
Key Responsibilities • Supporting operational activities across site
- Carrying out equipment and site checks
- General grounds and site maintenance
- Assisting with housekeeping and labouring duties
- Supporting safe and efficient site operations
- Practical, reliable, and comfortable with hands-on work
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Health & safety aware
- Full UK driving licence
