About the Role • Deliver high-quality Indirect Tax advisory services to clients within the Financial Services sector.
- Build and manage strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Support and mentor junior team members through coaching, supervision, and project leadership.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to provide integrated, strategic advice.
- Lead on VAT/Indirect Tax advisory projects, often involving multi-country or cross-functional work.
- Identify opportunities within existing client portfolios and play an active role in business development.
- Contribute to operational and strategic initiatives within the team, including the development of junior staff.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Proactive, commercially minded professional with the confidence to build client relationships.
- Strong project-management skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure.
- Experience supervising junior team members and contributing to their development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to identify and convert business-development opportunities.
- Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CA, CTA, law qualification, or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience managing budgets and timelines in a consulting or professional services environment.
