We offer a comprehensive and expanding array of road trip possibilities: short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and the possibility of buying one of our vehicles available for sale.<br>Rooted in a deep technological focus, our challenges are both exciting and demanding and require top talent and motivation to be successfully pursued. <p><strong>WHAT IS THE INDIE LEADERS OF TOMORROW PROGRAM?</strong><br><br>We are excited to welcome driven and talented recent graduates to join our dynamic team at our Lisbon headquarters. As part of our ILT program, you will gain hands-on experience across various departments, including finance, operations, marketing, and more. You will work directly with department leaders, providing you with a unique opportunity to understand the core of our business, contribute to high-impact projects, and develop key skills that will accelerate your career and become a future leader.<br><br></p>
<p>This program goes through 4 stages:</p>

<p>During these 4 stages you´ll have several opportunities: </p>
<p><span style="font-size: 18pt;">🚀</span> <strong>Engage with Critical Projects:</strong> You will work on high-impact projects that are crucial to the company's success, providing them with valuable experience and visibility;</p>
<p><span style="font-size: 18pt;">🔎</span> <strong>Executive Shadowing:</strong> You will have the opportunity to shadow an executive, gaining insights into high-level decision-making processes and strategic thinking;</p>
<p><span style="font-size: 18pt;">📢 </span><strong>Mentorship Opportunities:</strong> You will mentor interns, honing their coaching skills while contributing to the development of junior talent;</p>
<p><span style="font-size: 18pt;">🔄 </span><strong>Team Rotation: </strong>You will rotate through different teams within their department, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the business and identifying areas where they can make the most significant impact.</p>
<p><span style="font-size: 18pt;">🎓</span> <strong>Advanced Education and Funding Opportunities: </strong>Upon successful completion of the program, gain the opportunity to pursue an MBA, a post-graduate course or lead an internal project.</p>

<p><strong>WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Recent Graduate or enrolled in a Master's degree;</li>
<li>Preferably from a Computer Science/IT/Computer Engineering background</li>
<li>Up to 2 years of experience;</li>
<li>You thrive in fast-paced environments and feel comfortable with ever-changing situations;</li>
<li>Able to work in a highly dynamic and international environment;</li>
<li>You are motivated by taking ownership of your projects;</li>
<li>Results-driven with attention to detail, autonomous and responsible for deliverables;</li>
<li>Ambitious, self-driven and entrepreneurial, hard-working, frugal, bold, tech-driven, someone who thrives by constantly learning, overcoming challenges and creating impact;</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Spreadsheets and Microsoft Powerpoint / Google Slides;</li>
<li>Fluency in English is mandatory.</li>
</ul>
