Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Indian Gastronomy \& Digital Marketing Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Indian culinary traditions combined with expertise in digital marketing strategies. This role involves managing online presence, creating engaging content, and implementing targeted marketing campaigns to promote Indian cuisine and culture. The successful candidate will have expertise in digital marketing and a strong understanding of Indian cuisine, exotic dishes, and the niche spices that influence and drive India's evolving café and food culture. They will be responsible for creating engaging marketing campaigns, developing food\-related content, identifying culinary trends, and promoting products and experiences that showcase the richness of Indian gastronomy.

Duties

Digital Marketing

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and content platforms.

  • Create and manage content calendars aligned with brand objectives and seasonal food trends.

  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize marketing activities based on insights.

  • Manage online communities and engage with customers across digital channels.

  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, influencers, and content creators to produce high\-quality marketing materials.

  • Support e\-commerce and online sales initiatives through targeted digital campaigns.
Indian Cuisine \& Spice Expertise
  • Research and identify regional Indian dishes, emerging food trends, and specialty spice blends.

  • Provide expert input on the culinary significance, origins, and uses of Indian spices.

  • Develop educational and promotional content highlighting Indian ingredients, flavors, and cooking traditions.

  • Ensure marketing materials accurately represent Indian culinary heritage and regional food cultures.

  • Advise on menu development, product positioning, and storytelling related to Indian cuisine.
Café Culture \& Market Research
  • Monitor developments in India's café and specialty food sectors.

  • Analyze consumer preferences, food trends, and competitor activities.

  • Identify opportunities to promote spice\-based beverages, fusion foods, and innovative culinary concepts.

  • Conduct market research on customer behavior and emerging food and beverage trends.
Business Development \& Brand Growth
  • Assist in building relationships with suppliers, chefs, cafés, restaurants, and food industry partners.

  • Support brand awareness initiatives and promotional events.

  • Identify opportunities for new product launches and market expansion.

  • Contribute to strategies that strengthen the brand's position within the Indian food and specialty spice market.
Pay: £24,420\.00\-£39,510\.51 per year
