Income Services Account Manager

We are looking for three proactive and customer\-focused Income Account Managers to join our Income Services Team. This is a rewarding role where you’ll help customers manage their rent, prevent arrears, and sustain tenancies while delivering an excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of rent and leaseholder accounts
- Support customers in arrears with advice, repayment plans, and signposting
- Work with partner agencies to help sustain tenancies and reduce evictions
- Take recovery action in line with policy, including court attendance
- Maintain accurate records and deliver strong performance outcomes
- Experience in income recovery, debt management, or a similar role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Able to manage a varied caseload and work under pressure
- Knowledge of welfare benefits or housing is desirable
- Customer\-focused, empathetic, and resilient
