Implementation Coordinator (Fixed Term)

The myHR Readiness portfolio is a collection of 17 workstreams that aims to ensure our current HR systems meet critical business needs. We aim to improve and simplify HR processes that matter most to colleagues, whilst also preparing for the transition to the University's new HR and payroll system, myHR.
This is an exciting opportunity for an Implementation Coordinator to join the team and support the delivery of this change.
About the Role:
As an Implementation Coordinator, you will support University institutions to adopt HR system and process changes.
You will:
- Collaborate across our cross\-functional team to deliver a high\-quality and user\-focused approach to the implementation of changes.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to agree and action solutions to complex issues.
- Engage with colleagues and support them through changes to achieve the intended benefits.
- Create and share resources to help staff learn more about the changes, the improvements they deliver and the impacts to ways of working.
- Manage conflicting priorities against tight deadlines.
- A strong commitment to implementing change including system and process improvement.
- Experience of organising activities to facilitate engagement with HR colleagues, leaders, managers and employees.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of communicating complex information effectively to a diverse audience.
- Ability to gather, analyse and present information, write reports and deliver presentations.

Fixed\-term: The funds for this post are available for 12 months in the first instance.
Once an offer of employment has been accepted, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a basic disclosure (criminal records check) check and a security check.
