You’ll be joining our Clinical Division within our office called Support Centre, which is in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG).
- The role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contact and full time
- Hybrid working arrangements with 3 days working from home and 2 days field based.
- This is a brand new role created in the team due to our business growth

As an Implant Product Manager, you will:
- Lead the pilot and implementation of new implant products and pricing structures, ensuring margin improvement and volume growth
- Coordinate and deliver the implant growth strategy across the four key pillars
- Work closely with the field teams, Implant Clinical Directors and CDA’s
- Communicate clearly and confidently with senior stakeholders on performance, risks and opportunities
- Use data and insight to inform decision\-making and recommend corrective actions
- Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
- Strong commercial acumen with experience delivering margin and revenue growth
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands\-on delivery
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving capability
- Clinical or dentistry industry sector knowledge essential. (dental, scanners, implants, aligners etc) either from product, clinical or lab environment
- Experience of communicating and influencing clinicians highly desirable
