Immediate Start Accounts Administrator
An established and growing organisation is seeking an Accounts Administrator to join its finance team on a fixed-term contract. Working closely with the wider finance function, you will play an important role in ensuring financial records are maintained accurately and processes run smoothly.
As an Accounts Administrator, you will provide day-to-day support across a range of finance activities, with a focus on sales ledger and customer accounts, invoicing, and account administration. You will be responsible for processing invoices, updating account information, allocating payments, assisting with account reconciliations, and debt management/chasing. Working closely with both internal departments and external customers, you will help maintain accurate records and support the efficient management of the sales ledger function.
Ideally you will:
- Have previous experience within an Accounts Administration, Sales Ledger, Credit Control role.
- Be confident processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting customer account administration in a fast paced, high volume work place.
- Possess strong communication skills with the ability to respond to customer queries and build positive working relationships.
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
