IFA Support/Paraplanner

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised IFA Support professional or Paraplanner to join our growing financial planning team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering high\-quality client support within a professional and client\-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and technical support to Financial Advisers


• Prepare suitability reports and recommendations in line with regulatory requirements


• Conduct research and analysis on financial products, including pensions, investments, and protection


• Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date client records and documentation


• Liaise with providers, clients, and third parties to ensure efficient case processing


• Assist with the preparation of client reviews


• Booking meetings with clients


• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures

Requirements

• At least 3 years previous experience in an IFA support or paraplanning role (essential)


• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and financial planning products


• Experience using financial planning software (e.g., Voyant, FE Analytics)


• Excellent attention to detail and report writing skills


• Strong organisational and communication skills
