Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Assist financial advisers by preparing client documentation, managing correspondence, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Client Interaction: Schedule client meetings, handle inbound queries with professionalism, and maintain a high standard of client communication.
- Data Management: Keep client records accurate and up-to-date, ensuring all interactions are logged promptly in our CRM systems.
- Compliance and Reporting: Assist with compliance-related tasks, including audit preparation and regulatory reporting, to uphold our firm's standards.
- Financial Documentation: Support the creation of financial reports and the preparation of client reviews to aid in strategic decision-making.
- Experience: Prior role in financial services administration or a similar capacity, with a solid understanding of financial products and regulatory frameworks (e.g., FCA, GDPR).
- Skills: Exceptional communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Efficiency: Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Education: Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Certifications: Interest in pursuing or currently working towards industry qualifications (e.g., CII, CISI).
