Are you an IFA Administrator looking to join a growing financial planning firm, offering a competitive salary and a clear route for progression?

I have an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual with previous experience within the financial advice industry to become part of a supportive and collaborative team environment.

The Role - IFA Administrator

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to advisers and paraplanners, ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of client business.

Key Responsibilities – IFA Administrator

  • Liaising with and supporting advisers and paraplanners

  • Administering new business for investments, pensions, and protection

  • Updating systems, preparing valuations, and annual review documentation

  • Communicating with clients and providers via telephone, email, and post

  • Processing new business applications

  • Chasing outstanding items and documentation

  • Handling client queries professionally and efficiently

  • Preparing client files for meetings

  • Researching investment fund performance

  • Typing letters and reports

Skills & Experience Required – IFA Administrator

Essential

  • Knowledge of the financial advice industry

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure

Desirable
  • Experience using Wrap Platforms

  • Knowledge of Xplan and FE Analytics
