IFA Administrator
We’re working with a highly successful, boutique financial planning practice based in Burnham-on-Sea, who are looking to welcome an IFA Administrator into their friendly and close-knit team.

The role will be varied and engaging, combining traditional IFA administration responsibilities with regular client interaction - both over the phone and when clients visit the office.
The Role:
- Supporting Financial Advisers with day-to-day administration
- Preparing client documentation, reports, and regulatory paperwork
- Processing new business and managing ongoing cases through to completion
- Liaising with providers such as Aviva, Fidelity, and AJ Bell
- Using Intelliflo to maintain accurate client records and manage workflows
- Speaking with clients over the phone to provide updates and assist with queries
- Assisting with meeting preparation and ensuring a smooth client experience
- Experience within an IFA / Financial Planning administration role
- Familiarity with platforms such as Aviva, Fidelity, AJ Bell and Intelliflo
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A personable and professional communication style
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a small, friendly team
- Progress towards CII exams would be advantageous
- Basic salary up to £36,000
