Role Summary: An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Administrator to join a growing financial planning business supporting advisers and clients across the full advice process.
This role will suit an experienced IFA Administrator who enjoys taking ownership of their workload, supporting advisers closely, and delivering excellent client service within a structured and professional environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in adviser support, client communication, case management, and maintaining compliance standards across day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities: • Managing adviser diaries and supporting day-to-day client activity
- Processing new business submissions through to completion
- Supporting ongoing client servicing requirements
- Communicating directly with clients and providers
- Preparing documentation, emails, meeting notes, and draft suitability reports
- Attending meetings alongside advisers when required
- Handling more technical or complex administration cases
- Supporting junior team members and assisting with delegation where appropriate
- Ensuring work is completed within compliance and regulatory standards
- Maintaining accurate records using internal systems and workflows
- Strong understanding of financial planning products and processes
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple cases and adviser workloads
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working independently and within a team environment
- Strong systems skills including Microsoft Office and industry software
- Positive and proactive approach to problem solving
- Experience supporting advisers within a regulated environment
