Position
Support the Identity Management (IAM) activities within the CISO Organization, ensuring effective and secure management of user access across corporate systems and platforms. The role contributes to maintaining a robust access governance framework, balancing operational efficiency, security requirements, and compliance standards.
The position will support the execution and continuous improvement of IAM processes, with a focus on authorization management (Active Directory, SAP, Okta) and identity lifecycle activities, progressively building technical expertise and autonomy.
Job responsibilities
- Support the management of user identities and access rights across key systems (Active Directory, SAP, Okta), ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies
- Contribute to identity lifecycle processes (onboarding, modification, and deprovisioning of users)
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of access control models, including role\-based access and Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles
- Support access review and certification campaigns to ensure proper governance and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to collect requirements and support IAM\-related initiatives and projects
- Contribute to the configuration and maintenance of IAM tools and systems (e.g., directories, SSO, federation services)
- Assist in identifying access\-related risks, inconsistencies, or policy deviations, escalating when needed
- Support documentation of IAM processes, procedures, and technical configurations
- Provide operational support and troubleshooting for IAM\-related issues and requests
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and automation activities
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related fields
- 2–3 years of experience in Identity \& Access Management, IT Security, or related domains
- Hands\-on experience with: Active Directory, SAP authorizations and Okta
- Understanding of identity lifecycle management and access governance principles
- Exposure to corporate IT environments and interaction with cross\-functional stakeholders
- Technical \& Analytical Skills
- Knowledge of IAM concepts: authentication, authorization, RBAC, SoD, identity lifecycle
- Familiarity with Active Directory and directory services
- Understanding of SAP authorization concepts and/or Okta identity platform is a strong plus
- General awareness of security protocols and standards (e.g., SSO, OAuth, SAML is a plus)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify inconsistencies and support problem\-solving activities
- Attention to detail and structured approach to operational tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and interact with technical and non\-technical stakeholders
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic cybersecurity environment
