Assistant Manager / Restaurant Manager – ICHI Restaurant \- Den Bosch, Breda, Eindhoven, Utrecht

ICHI Restaurant is a modern Asian dining destination where exceptional hospitality, high\-quality cuisine, and memorable guest experiences come together. We are looking for an ambitious and passionate Assistant Manager / Restaurant Manager to lead our front\-of\-house team and help drive operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team.

  • Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction at all times.

  • Manage daily restaurant operations and service flow.

  • Train and coach staff according to ICHI service standards.

  • Create staff schedules and manage labor costs.

  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock control.

  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.

  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen management team.

  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

  • Support business growth and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We Are Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in hospitality or fine dining.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast\-paced environment.

  • Excellent organizational and problem\-solving skills.

  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

  • Experience with Asian cuisine concepts is an advantage.
