Degree Heating \& Cooling is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Licensed HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Glastonbury, CT. This is afull\-time position servicing residential customers in a market with strong demand. If you're a licensed tech who enjoys solving problems, helping customers, and earning great money for your skillset, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Run service calls and troubleshoot heating and cooling issues
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and recommend solutions
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and job site
- Participate in paid training, meetings, and team events
What We're Looking For
- Active Connecticut HVAC License (D2, S10, S2, or S1\)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
- Residential service experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus, but not required
- Organized, reliable, and team\-oriented
The compensation range for this role starts at $40\+ per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and qualifications. Additional bonuses, overtime, and incentives may apply based on company policies.
