TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a mobile Air Conditioning Engineer/HVAC Engineer to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts.
The job will cover general weekly, monthly and quarterly checks, planned and unplanned maintenance duties as well as general fabric checks around the facilities
Location Across Kent and parts of London.
- Salary up to GBP55,000/Yr DOE.
- Schedule – Monday to Friday 40 hours
- Working hours 8am to 4pm
- On Call 1 in 4 weeks on call. (negotiable)
- Extra Overtime available and training in commercial gas or electrics if wanted
- PPMs on commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnostics and fault finding
- Repairs to cooling units and AHU s
- Rectifying faults found
- Splits, VRF and more.

- Overdoor Heaters
- HRU
- Fan Coils
- AHU
- Full UK License 6 points max.
- F–Gas Cat 1 Qualified
- City \& Guilds NVQ in air conditioning or equivalent.
- Smartphone and PDA supplied.
- 25 days holiday \+ 8 BH
