The Role You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of commercial HVAC and mechanical plant across a varied portfolio of commercial sites throughout the Midlands, Yorkshire and Oxfordshire regions.

The ideal candidate will hold Commercial Gas qualifications and either possess F-Gas certification or have strong air conditioning knowledge and a genuine desire to develop further within HVAC.

• District heating equipment


• Controls and BMS interfaces

HVAC & Air Conditioning Equipment • Split systems

• Multi-split systems


• VRV / VRF systems


• Air handling units (AHUs)


• Fan coil units (FCUs)


• Heat pumps


• Comfort cooling equipment


• Ventilation systems


• Refrigeration and cooling plant


• Chillers (desirable)

What We're Looking For • ACS Commercial Gas qualifications

• Experience working on commercial heating systems and plant rooms


• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities


• Air conditioning experience desirable


• F-Gas certification preferred but not essential


• Full UK Driving Licence


• Professional and customer-focused approach


• Strong communication skills


• Desire to develop and progress within a growing organisation
