HVAC Co-ordinator

Job Description:

Mastertech Group is a leading provider of HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical contracting services in Ireland. We are currently seeking a HVAC Co\-ordinator to join our Operations team based in Tallaght, Dublin 24\. This is very busy role within a fast\-paced department which will need a very organised individual.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Operations Manager your key responsibilities are:

• Scheduling quoted works and checking availability of engineers.


• RAMS \- The preparation of RAMS for access to site.


• Communication with clients and engineers.


• Following up on paperwork.


• Passing completed job to accounts.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks.


• Good organisational and time management skills.


• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.


• Strong communication skills for liaising with clients and engineers.


• Previous administrative experience (construction sector exposure desirable but not essential).
