Cover People are recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded secondary school in South Manchester for an enthusiastic and motivated Early Career Teacher (ECT) of Humanities to join their team from September 2025. About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or due to achieve QTS by September 2025
- Passionate about Humanities (History, Geography, and/or RE)
- Confident teaching across KS3 and KS4
- Strong classroom presence and positive behaviour management
- Eager to learn, develop, and contribute to school life
- Comprehensive ECT induction and mentoring programme
- Supportive and experienced Humanities department
- Strong focus on CPD and career progression
- Inclusive and welcoming school community
- Commitment to staff wellbeing and work-life balance
