Could you be the HR Manager to meet the demands of our expansion?
We are looking for a highly experienced, competent HR Manager to lead HR operations and to support our dedicated care team as we develop and expand our services. This role would suit an individual with a *roll your sleeves up \- can do attitude* while planning and executing all aspects of our HR function.
As a newly established role, this is a great opportunity for you to shape, strengthen and expand the HR function.
Your key responsibilities would include
End\-to\-end recruitment lifecycle while investigating and driving advanced workforce planning initiatives. Ensure/oversee all pre\-employment screening, background checks, and Garda Vetting compliance.
Strengthen and implement HR strategies aligned with My Life culture and objectives
Introduce, review, lead and maintain HR policies and procedures. Champion all current and upcoming changes in employment law.
Lead and maintain positive employee relations incorporating occupational and wellness checks.
Take full ownership of the performance appraisal systems to include training and development programmes.
Align and maintain employee records and HR documentation to GDPR standards and compliance requirements
Plan, forecast, and adhere to the annual HR budget while optimising operational costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5\+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem\-solving and conflict\-resolution abilities
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
- HR Certification / CIPD membership desirable
- Experience in strategic HR planning and organisational development
