Duties
----------
The incumbent is an integral member of the Berlin Human Resources (HR) Office and manages the following HR programs:
Eligible Family Member (EFM) Employment, security clearance and background investigation requests, Overseas Seasonal
Hire Program (OSHP), the Rover Program, State U.S. direct\-hire (USDH) Employee Evaluation Report (EER) Program, the
Department of State (DOS) Intern Program for the Embassy and Consulates Leipzig and Hamburg, and the DOS
Bidding/Assignments cycles. Incumbent is supervised by the Deputy HRO, if the position is filled, or the Senior HR Officer
(S/HRO) and works closely with the Berlin HR Office American Support Unit (ASU) on the Mission Awards Program and
providing American HR services.

Three years of experience in a customer service\-based business/office environment is required.
