HSSE Manager Position (m/w/d)

Der HSSE Manager ist eine Schlüsselposition bei PDS und Tetris mit Verantwortung für die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Standards in Gesundheit, Sicherheit und Umwelt. Die Rolle umfasst die Entwicklung, Pflege und Implementierung von HSSE\- und Qualitätsmanagementsystemen im gesamten Unternehmen.
Hauptaufgaben: Überwachung der Einhaltung von ISO\-Zertifizierungen (9001, 14001, 45001\), Koordination interner und externer HSSE\-Audits, Unterstützung von Projektteams bei Sicherheitsplänen und Risikoanalysen, Unfalluntersuchungen, Schulungsmanagement, KPI\-Berichterstattung sowie Durchführung von Standortbesuchen zur Identifikation von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.
Anforderungen: Erfahrung in der Baubranche (idealerweise Büro\-, Einzelhandels\- oder Hotelausstattung), Führungs\- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, selbstständiges Arbeiten unter Druck, gute Englischkenntnisse (weitere europäische Sprachen von Vorteil).
Qualifikationen: Erforderlich: NEBOSH General Certificate, SMSTS, MS Office\-Kenntnisse.
Wünschenswert: NVQ/NEBOSH Diploma Level 5/6, ISO\-Auditor\-Qualifikationen, Erste\-Hilfe\-Zertifikat, Fachqualifikationen in Brandschutz und Umweltmanagement.
Die Position erfordert direkte Zusammenarbeit mit dem Senior Management und bietet umfassende Verantwortung für die HSSE\-Kultur im gesamten Unternehmen.
