HSE Engineer

HSE Engineer – Cutting \& Grinding Discs Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced HSE Engineer specialized in industrial manufacturing environments to join our team for the setup and operation of a cutting and grinding discs factory. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in occupational health and safety, industrial risk assessment, fire prevention systems, environmental compliance, hazardous materials handling, and safety management systems related to abrasive products manufacturing.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.


• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.


• Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and audits.


• Monitor employee safety practices and PPE compliance.


• Identify workplace hazards and conduct risk assessments.


• Supervise fire protection and emergency response systems.


• Monitor environmental compliance and waste management.


• Control industrial dust, emissions, and chemical exposure.


• Conduct HSE training programs and safety awareness activities.


• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HSE Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.


• Minimum 5 years experience in industrial manufacturing plants.


• Experience in occupational health and safety systems.


• Strong background in environmental management and industrial compliance.
