We are currently looking for a motivated and driven HRBP under a permanent contract.
Summary
The HR Business Partner acts as a strategic partner to managers and employees by aligning HR practices with business objectives. She/He works closely with business leaders and line managers to build their people capability. The role supports organizational performance through talent management, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and change management initiatives. It requires nationwide coverage across all regions (e.g. Luxembourg, France, Morocco, Monaco…).
Missions of the role
- Talent Acquisition \& Onboarding
+ Coordinate recruitment processes with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders (where relevant)
+ Job posting/advertising, hunting, response management, initial screening
+ Organize and schedule recruitment interviews
+ Interview candidates and contribute to the finale selection
+ Offer management
+ New Employee Announcement coordination and release
+ Hiring statistics and candidate tracking
+ Coordinate onabording and integration plans of new employees
- Learning \& Development:
+ Contribute to the design and structuring of training programs, learning paths, and development initiatives
+ Coordinate the organization of training sessions (planning, logistics, follow\-up)
+ Liaise with external training providers and manage contacts with learning partners
+ Monitor training attendance and maintain training records
+ Support reporting and tracking of L\&D activities
+ Follow closely the Training Budget and inform when noticing any discrepancies regarding costs
+ Drive HR Talent Management Program and People Management Program
- Career Management:
+ Advise on and manages employees’ mobility
+ Deals with salary review requests
+ Advice managers and employees on all HR related matters
+ Management \& follow\-up of the staff life cycle process
+ Carries annual evaluation cycle together with the manager
+ Meet key stakeholders to discuss people challenges
+ Interact and build relationships with people around the business
+ Provide guidance on people practices such as restructures and succession planning
+ Management of pensions and benefits administration in coordination with Senior HR Operations Manager In charge of onboarding and offboarding
- HR Reporting \& Projects
+ Identify opportunities for HR process improvement and lead related projects
+ Coordinate and advertise HR projects in the organization
+ Drive HR projects from support to implementation
+ HRBP Reporting (Monthly activities, KPI’s, …)
+ Follow and assist on the HR financial budget
+ Contribute as a key team player to the monthly HR forecast and insure to deliver the HR Budget in liaise with finance team and respect due time
- Other Tasks:
+ Management \& follow\-up of organigrams \& job descriptions
+ Review of contract, addendums, paternity/maternity/parental leaves global management with relevant stakeholders (both external and internal) in collaboration with the Operations team
+ Write, provide counseling and support on policies and procedures
+ Participate to ESG actions when requested
+ Travel to our different offices when requested
+ Participate in audits
+ Ad hoc tasks in HR matters
- Carrying out other duties as assigned
- Qualifications / diploma(s): Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human resources field or related experience
- Years of experience in the area: Around 5 years of experience as HRBP or in a similar HR role
- Technical Competencies:
+ Proficient in MS Office (good command of Excel is an Asset)
- Languages: French and English fluent. Any other language is an asset
