HR Trainee (f/m/x)

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Support onboarding and offboarding activities


• Assist with recruitment processes, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews


• Help organize training sessions


• Support Administrative tasks


• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

Participate in HR projects and contribute to process improvements

• This is what you bring to us:


• Bachelor‘s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or other relevant field


• Eligible for the IEFP Internship \+ Talento (level 6\)


• Knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)


• Good level of English and Portuguese language skills in speaking and writing


• Good communication and interpersonal skills


• Sense of accountability and accuracy


• Team player with a cooperative mindset


• Good sense for different countries' cultures
