HR Trainee

At Procare Health, an international pharmaceutical company based in Spain, we are dedicated to the development and commercialization of innovative and scientifically proven solutions for women’s health.

We are currently looking for an HR Trainee to join our People \& HR team and support daily HR operations in a dynamic and international environment.

This is a hands\-on opportunity to gain exposure to different HR areas, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, internal communication, and HR operations, while working closely with the People team on day\-to\-day activities and ongoing projects.

What you’ll do

• Support recruitment processes, from job postings and CV screening to interview coordination and candidate communication.


• Help create a smooth onboarding experience for new hires and interns.


• Assist with employee documentation, HR databases, and day\-to\-day administrative processes.


• Collaborate on internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.


• Help keep HR trackers and operational follow\-ups up to date.


• Participate in ongoing HR and People projects and learn how a People team operates in a fast\-paced international company.

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree or a degree related to Human Resources, Labour Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar.


• Mandatory availability to sign an internship agreement with a university or educational institution.


• Good command of Microsoft Office tools.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.


• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks, with guidance when needed


• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• A dynamic and international work environment.


• Hands\-on experience across different HR functions and processes.


• A strong learning curve within a fast\-growing company.


• Flexible start time from Monday to Thursday (between 8:30 and 9:30\).


• Remote working on Fridays with reduced working hours (9:00 to 14:00\).
