Join our team as a HR Specialist

Are you an experienced, passionate and professional HR Specialist with a proven track record of providing commercially focussed HR support?

Do you have excellent communication and organisational skills to provide a first\-rate HR service to our wonderful clients.

Our small, dynamic company based in Cheadle Hulme, Stockport is looking for someone to be part of our supportive and innovative team to partner with clients from all sectors.

What you need to succeed

• Caring and professional approach

· Significant experience in a standalone HR or senior HR generalist role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Attention to detail


• Strong organisational skills

· Ability to work autonomously and make sound HR recommendations

• A wide range of HR skills that include employee relations, employee engagement initiatives, ability to manage grievances, disciplinaries and investigations and complex matters like redundancy and TUPE


• CIPD is desirable but not essential, the right experience is equally as important


• Be able to identify potential new business to support the growth of the HR team

Please note: this is not an entry\-level HR position. We are specifically seeking an experienced HR professional with a proven background in delivering operational and strategic HR support in a fast\-paced business environment.

This is a full\-time office\-based role, with occasional need to travel to clients.
