HR Services Coordinator
Are you a master of organisation with a passion for supporting people? Bristol Old Vic Theatre School (BOVTS) is looking for an HR Services Coordinator to join our friendly, dedicated team.
This is a unique, varied role where no two days are the same.
Splitting your time between HR operations and Trustee board governance, you will be the backbone of our staff and trustee support.
On the HR side, you’ll look after the employee lifecycle – from coordinating exciting new recruitment campaigns and onboarding fresh talent to keeping our HR systems and payroll workflows running smoothly.
On the governance side, you will provide administrative support to our Trustee Board, managing meeting logistics, prepping agendas, and taking accurate minutes.
Contract
This is a fixed\-term post until 31st August 2027
Hours
21 hours per week, with Monday as a fixed office day.
Some evening and weekend work may be required.
Pay
£16,800 – £18,000 per annum pro rata depending on experience. (Based on the full\-time equivalent of £28,000\-£30,000 per annum.)
