HR Project Manager

This innovative and culture driven business in an exciting industry is now urgently recruiting due to needing more bandwidth in their forward thinking, well respected HR team. A business that puts the employee at the forefront of its day to day existence, this role will give an immediately available applicant the opportunity to operate in a project driven role in a rapidly changing environment.

An operational and strategic role in equal measure, you should be a generalist HR professional with a truly varied background and the attitude to bring ideas to the table. Up to date on all things legislatively and with a good handle on policy, process and lifecycle, given that it's an FTC, this really should be someone who has been in an HR leadership capacity before, to hit the ground running. Alternatively, it could be someone who has operated as a Consultant who want's a more fixed home for 12 months.

A flexible and hybrid oriented work environment, the office setting for this business is lovely, with parking and wonderful on site facilities to match. It's a positive business by vibe, in a fast paced and progressive industry and one which will unquestionably give the successful applicant the chance to add to their experience set in value/profile terms. With so much change occurring within the business, it would be incredibly useful to have an operator who has helped to drive change/transformation/integration - so those familiar with M&A circumstances (with TUPE experience) would be really interesting to the client.
