As Plant HR Generalist, you will be providing support to the site HR Leader and to the client HRM’s on daily HR activities. In this role you will work within defined parameters to make decisions and apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity, and resolve issues through immediate action or short\-term planning.Job Description

Essential Responsibilities
------------------------------

• Support the implementation and the correct application of HR policies, procedures, practices, processes staffing and organization


• Follow research and selection activities with a particular focus on technical and production profiles, in close partnership with the Talent Acquisition team and external suppliers


• Management of the agency worker onboarding process and contracts and continuous support to people leader in order to be compliant with applicable labor legislation managing this workforce


• support the team regarding the management of HR Analytics tools and processes


• Assure that appropriate training opportunities are in place


• Investigate and provide advice and council regarding concerns about policies, procedures, practices or contractual issues


• Work with leaders and employees to establish and maintain a positive work environment


• Guarantee support on staffing and organization process


• Provide support to key HR processes such as HR dashboard, talent review, compensation planning, communication, and performance management

• Bachelor/Master degree from an accredited university (ideally Law, HR, Economics)


• Proactive and self\-starter


• Able to work independently and to communicate with stakeholders all\-across the organization


• Confident with digital tools and media


• Fluent English and Italian


• Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required

• Previous experience in HR roles


• Passionate, employee advocate who wants to make a difference in the organization by helping employees succeed


• Approachable and responsive resource able to connect with employees at all levels


• Desires employee\-facing work; willingness to make horizontal moves to develop HR expertise


• Customer service focus, with a high level of responsiveness
