We also consider applicants from different locations who can work within Central European Time (CET).</em></p></div><p>As our team is quickly growing, we are looking for an HR People Partner to join our team and help scale a high-performing, product-driven fintech organization. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted partner for teams and managers, driving people initiatives that support business growth, engagement, and performance.<br><br>Your responsibilities will include implementing strategic HR initiatives and fostering a positive work culture that aligns with our organizational goals.</p>
<p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, adaptation, performance, and offboarding;</li>
<li>Partner with tech & non-tech teams to support their effectiveness and growth;</li>
<li>Run regular 1:1s, identify risks early, and support employee development;</li>
<li>Drive performance review cycles and ensure transparent, consistent processes;</li>
<li>Support and improve HR policies and people practices aligned with business needs;</li>
<li>Advise managers on employee relations, team dynamics, and decision-making;</li>
<li>Contribute to building a strong, inclusive, and feedback-driven culture;</li>
<li>Support engagement initiatives, benefits, and employer branding.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements & Skills:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of HR experience, ideally in IT product or fintech companies;</li>
<li>Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and performance management;</li>
<li>Confidence working with managers and influencing decision-making;</li>
<li>Clear communication and stakeholder management skills;</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, scaling environment;</li>
<li>Intermediate+ English.</li>
