What you will do
Admin \& HR compliance
- Overseeing daily HR operations concerning employee inquiries to ensure prompt and effective responses.
- Coordinate employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Lead HR project with external vendors to deliver the best services to our Employees.
- Ensure legal compliance and mitigate the Company’s risk by having a basic understanding of relevant employment laws
- Maintain employee handbooks.
- Ensure we are able to onboard our new joiners the best way; any information that is relevant on our HR systems, Office and Managers.
- Formalize contractual elements during all the employees’ journey (labor contracts, amendments, certificates).
- Take care of our HR information and tasks and update them each time it is needed.
- Manage immigration requests (work permits, renewals, National Security Number request).
- Prepare and process payroll for employees in France.
- Provide the needed information on time to our providers and to the Finance team to ensure our employees will be paid on time.
- Lead any process optimization initiatives (automation, providers benchmark, etc.).
- Explore, implement, and refine people\-related projects, procedures, and best practices that reflect our values and foster a positive company culture.
- Process optimization: Continuously improve, document, and streamline HR processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Experience
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5\-10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally including experience in a startup or high\-growth environment.
- Strong knowledge of the FR law \& HR policy, employment regulations, as well as HR best practices.
- Experience managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to retention, and exit.
- A thorough understanding of local, national, and international payroll regulations and tax laws to ensure compliance and avoid penalties.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and drive results.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
- Proficient in HR technology solutions, such as HRIS, Payroll, ...
- Hands\-on and doer.
