The project!
We're looking for a Payroll Coordinator with strong expertise in SAP HR to lead and coordinate payroll operations across different legal entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous process improvement within an international environment.
What will the role entail?
- Coordinating and supervising the complete payroll cycle for multiple legal entities.
- Managing labor administration procedures throughout the employee lifecycle:
+ Working hours modifications
+ Maternity/Paternity leave
+ Settlements and terminations
+ Other employment\-related administrative processes
- Monitoring and managing absenteeism processes and related documentation.
- Advanced management and maintenance of payroll information in SAP HR.
- Managing Social Security processes through Siltra.
- Preparing and managing IRPF processes, including calculation, regularization, and liquidation.
- Supporting payroll accounting activities and reconciliation processes.
- Coordinating and validating commission calculations.
- Acting as a point of contact for payroll\-related queries from employees, managers, and stakeholders.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance with labor legislation and company policies.
- Leading and supporting payroll process improvements and team coordination initiatives.

- 4–5 years of experience in Payroll and Labor Administration roles.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP HR is mandatory.
- Previous experience coordinating teams or acting as a payroll lead/coordinator.
- Strong knowledge of Spanish payroll legislation, Social Security, and IRPF processes.
- Experience managing payroll accounting and commission schemes.
- High level of English (written and spoken), minimum C1\.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem\-solving mindset.
- Ability to work in dynamic and multicultural environments.
