Awesome! But what will my new role be?

Based at our HQ in Copenhagen, you will join a team of 9 skilled colleagues who collaborate across various HR functions as part of our wider HR department.

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will support the full employee lifecycle and help ensure the continued professionalization and optimization of our HR processes, working methods, and compliance within HR‑legal matters. This includes, but is not limited to, reviewing and restructuring contracts and templates, handling ad hoc HR‑legal tasks such as parental leave and sick leave, and ensuring compliance with country‑specific labor laws and workplace regulations.

You will also take on administrative responsibilities, including updating and maintaining HR processes and policies to ensure optimal efficiency. In this role, you will be a valuable sparring partner for our managers and HR colleagues on legal employee matters, as well as an important link between Finance and HR.

We imagine that our future colleague has a relevant education, previous experience with stakeholder management and managing compliance with country\-specific labor laws. It will be a plus if you also tried to handle working environment matters. Your approach to your stakeholders is humble, motivating, and supportive. As we are an international company and you will collaborate with colleagues across our various offices, we expect you to be able to clearly communicate in English and Danish.
