Elevation Recruitment Group are supporting a global professional services business in the search for an HR Operations Manager to oversee their shared services function across Europe, while helping build a scalable model to support continued growth across the Middle East and Africa.

You’ll play a key role in shaping how HR services are delivered across multiple regions, ensuring teams, systems and processes operate effectively and continue evolving as the business grows.

Duties will also include:
- Leading and developing a collaborative HR Operations team across multiple locations
- Managing day-to-day HR service delivery across Europe
- Supporting the development of a scalable HR Operations model for future MEA growth
- Driving process improvement, standardisation, and operational efficiencies
- Working closely with HR systems (Workday) and technology teams to enhance workflows and employee self-service capability
- Monitoring performance through KPIs and service metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Managing key operational activity including payroll oversight and vendor relationships
- Building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across international teams
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience leading HR Operations or Shared Services teams within an international business
- Strong understanding of HR service delivery and process improvement
- Exposure to UK payroll processes and vendor-managed environments
- Confidence working with HR systems, ideally Workday
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across a matrix organisation
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine passion for improving ways of working
- CIPD qualification or equivalent would be advantageous
