Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and organisational development. Duties

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.

  • Manage end\-to\-end recruitment processes using HRIS and ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, and PeopleSoft.

  • Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programmes to enhance staff skills and engagement.

  • Supervise the management of employee records and data analysis using HRIS systems to inform decision\-making.

  • Lead performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies through regular audits and updates.

  • Facilitate communication between management and staff to promote transparency and resolve workplace issues effectively.

  • Organise training sessions on HR policies, diversity, inclusion, and other relevant topics using presentation skills.

  • Manage employee relations initiatives to foster a positive organisational culture.

  • Oversee utilisation of HR management systems such as Workday, Taleo, and PeopleSoft for efficient operations.
Skills
  • Extensive knowledge of human resources practices and employment legislation.

  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms including Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and ATS systems.

  • Strong management skills with previous supervising experience in a human resources setting.

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with employees at all levels.

  • Data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and generate actionable insights.

  • Proven presentation skills for delivering training sessions and strategic briefings.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: £29,904\.44\-£59,809\.72 per year
