Essential

  • Solid experience in a generalist HR role, ideally at HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor level

  • Good working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice

  • CIPD qualification (any level), or working towards one

  • Experience in a fast\-paced or scaling organisation
Personal Attributes
-----------------------
  • Approachable and warm, someone people feel comfortable coming to

  • Proactive and solutions\-focused, with a hands\-on, can\-do attitude

  • Uses good judgment and is comfortable making decisions independently

  • Strong communication skills, able to build trust at all levels of the business

  • Resilient and calm under pressure
