This award winning, culture driven business in a wonderful setting is now urgently recruiting due to growth period in their forward thinking, integrated HR team. A business that puts the employee at the forefront of its day to day existence, this role will give an immediately available applicant the opportunity to operate in a responsible leadership role, while also getting stuck in themselves over a long FTC period.

An operational and strategic role in equal measure, you should be a generalist HR professional with a truly varied background and the attitude to bring ideas to the table. Up to date on all things legislatively and with a good handle on policy, process and lifecycle, given that it's an FTC, this really should be someone who has been in an HR leadership capacity before, to hit the ground running. Alternatively, it could be someone who has operated as a Consultant who want's a more fixed home for 6 months.

A flexible and hybrid oriented work environment, the office setting for this business is leading in the area, with parking and wonderful on site facilities to match. It's a positive business by vibe, in a stable but progressive industry which will no doubt give the successful applicant not only an incredibly enjoyable end to 2026 and beginning of 27, but also one which will unquestionably add to their experience set in value/profile terms. With the change occurring within the business, there is a chance that things might develop more permanently, but obviously no promises of that in the short term at all.
