HR Manager

Key responsibilities:* Provide support to business leaders in identifying and addressing workforce challenges, including
talent acquisition, retention succession, planning, and employee engagement.* Serve as a strategic business partner, demonstrating a deep understanding of the business
objectives and priority areas, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance organizational
performance.* Partner with local and global to consistency ensure of HR practices and policies across locations and
business units.* Conduct regular HR assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in HR
processes and systems.* Analyze workforce data and provide insights to inform business decisions, including diversity and
inclusion metrics, retention trends, and employee engagement levels.* Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs that support business objectives, such as
leadership development, performance management, and succession planning.* Local lead of change management initiatives, providing guidance to business leaders and employees
on organizational changes and ensuring smooth transition and adoption.* Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution and counseling
- Handle the Works Council relationship for the site as well as involving and negotiating any changes
Qualifications:* Bachelor or master’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field.
- At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5years as an HRBP supporting
compensation \& benefits, payroll, Labor law \& employee relations, performance management.* Proven experience in working effectively with cross\-functional business partners and HR experts.
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze workforce data to provide insights and inform
relationships.* Track record of successful development of HR performance and deliverables as well as developing a
HR team.* Strong project management skills and experience leading change management initiatives.
