Salary: £45k\-55k plus share options

We are a fast‑growing technology company developing products across real‑time data, interactive applications and next‑generation digital experiences. With teams across multiple UK locations and a hybrid working model, we’re building out our people function to support the next stage of growth.
We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager who can bring structure, clarity and ownership to our HR processes. This is a hands‑on, full‑time role working closely with senior leadership across HR policy, recruitment support, onboarding, performance reviews and day‑to‑day people operations.
What you’ll be doing
- Creating and maintaining HR policies and the staff handbook.
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning.
- Designing and implementing a practical performance review process.
- Managing HR administration, employee records and documentation.
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for HR queries.
- Supporting managers with employee relations and people processes.
- Helping build a positive, organised and inclusive working environment.
- Experience as an HR Manager, People Manager or HR Generalist.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employment practices.
- Experience writing HR policies or staff handbooks.
- Experience designing or managing performance reviews.
- Confident advising managers and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently in a growing business.
- Interest in technology, digital products or data‑driven environments is a bonus.
Pay: £45,000\.00\-£55,000\.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Manchester
