Our capabilities include the complete life cycle of a BEMS system. This includes in\-house design and software engineering, manufacture, installation, and commissioning and then maintenance of London’s landmark commercial buildings.
The successful candidate will help ensure that oWe are looking to hire an experienced HR Manager to support and develop our growing workforce. The HR Manager will take responsibility for the day\-to\-day management of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, apprenticeships, benefits administration, compliance and employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities
Recruitment \& Onboarding
- Prepare offer letters, contracts of employment and onboarding documentation.
- Conduct Right to Work checks and maintain employee records.
- Coordinate induction programmes for new starters.
- Manage probation review processes and support line managers.
- Provide first\-line HR advice to managers and employees.
- Support absence management, disciplinary, grievance and capability procedures.
- Prepare HR documentation, letters and meeting notes.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
- Monitor employee wellbeing and support wellbeing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection requirements.
- Manage DBS checks, driving licence checks, visa records and training records.
- Support HR audits and ISO compliance requirements.
- Produce HR reports and KPI information for senior management.
- Act as the primary HR contact for apprentices.
- Coordinate apprenticeship reviews with training providers.
- Monitor apprenticeship funding and compliance requirements.
- Support apprentice rotations and development plans.
- Assist with graduate, trainee and work experience programmes.
- Coordinate mandatory and developmental training programmes.
- Support annual appraisal and performance review processes.
- Identify training needs and development opportunities.
- Promote continuous learning across the business.
- Administer company benefits
- Support annual salary review processes.
- Assist with employee communications regarding benefit changes.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and surveys.
- Support company social, wellbeing and communication events.
- Assist in developing programmes that promote employee retention and engagement.
- Help reinforce company culture and values.
· A Degree or qualification in HR
· Experience as an HR Manager, Advisor or Business Partner
· You will have excellent written English and communication skills
· You must be organised and able to work to deadlines
· Good Microsoft Office skills (excel, powerpoint and word)
· You are a team player but also able to work independently and with initiative
· You’re not afraid to ask questions and enjoy learning new things

· Competitive salary £50,000\-£60,000 pa depending on experience
