We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to support managers and employees across our Chalifert and Moissy\-Cramayel sites.

JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the France Human Resources Director, you will act as a trusted HR partner for managers and employees.
You will be responsible for implementing the Group’s HR policies, supporting teams in their day\-to\-day challenges, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and HR practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support and advise managers on all HR\-related matters;


• Oversee payroll and personnel administration activities;


• Ensure the accuracy of HR data and payroll inputs;


• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and internal mobility initiatives;


• Manage individual and collective employee relations;


• Deploy and monitor learning and development plans;


• Produce and analyze HR reports and metrics;


• Lead and support HR projects.

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Employment Law, or equivalent;


• 7 to 10 years of experience in a Generalist HR role;


• Proven experience overseeing payroll activities;


• Strong knowledge of labor law and employee relations;


• Professional level of English (written and spoken);


• Valid driving licence.

This position is split between the Chalifert and Moissy\-Cramayel sites, with a regular presence required at both locations (approximately 50/50\).
