About the role
As a Human Resources Manager at KP Snacks, you will play a key role in shaping high\-performing, inclusive teams across our Corporate and Commercial functions. You will partner closely with leaders to deliver people plans that drive business performance, strengthen organisational capability and create a positive colleague experience.
This is a varied and impactful role where you will act as a trusted partner, offering expert guidance on people matters, coaching leaders and leading key initiatives across the colleague lifecycle. From employee relations and organisational change to engagement and talent development, you will help create an environment where colleagues feel valued, supported and able to thrive.
You will also work collaboratively with Centres of Expertise to deliver joined\-up HR solutions, ensuring our People \& Culture strategy is translated into practical, meaningful actions that make a difference.
