Tasks
---------

How you’ll make an impact:

• Lead full\-cycle talent acquisition: sourcing, interviewing, contracts, and onboarding


• Manage payroll and compensation


• Develop and lead impactful learning and development programs


• Boost employer brand: manage engaging events, benefits, and communications


• Champion HR administration and ensure full compliance with German labor law

Requirements
----------------

What helps you succeed:

• Proven 2\-3 years HR operations experience, including talent acquisition and payroll


• Master Degree in Human Resource Management or similar fields


• Fluent German and English is essential


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


• Ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced and dynamic environment
